Business model canvas workshops for the Steel and Copper cases tools, April 2018

Two half-day exploitation workshops were organised by the consortium to discuss the business models of the COCOP tools for the steel and copper industry:

  • the Copper tool business model workshop (the 10-11th April 2018, at Outotec office in Espoo, Finland)
  • the Steel tool business model workshop (the 18-19th April 2018, at Tecnalia office in Bilbao, Spain)

The first day was focused on business model canvas, to draw the conclusions about which business model would be best suited to the interests of the project, and the second one on the business environmental map to discuss the aspects of the steel and copper sectors that should be considered to define the business model that best suits the needs of the market.
